All appeals by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. On April 29, 1969, F, G, H, I, and J completed the registration of initial ownership as to one-fifth of the portion of the real estate indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table (hereinafter “instant land”). The above W land was divided into a X 6,622 square meters on April 9, 1979 and a Y 6,622 square meters on October 15, 1982, divided into a 64,042 square meters and a 64,042 square meters on October 15, 1982, and 64,042 square meters into a Z on July 28, 1993, and the said AA land was divided into a 79,6362 square meters on July 29, 196, A94; and the said AA land was divided into a 604,042 square meters on July 28, 1993.
3) Of the above U’s land, 1,084 square meters is divided into AD and AE land on June 2, 1995 and remains now at present. B. As to the land of this case where four persons, such as F, etc., completed the registration of preservation of ownership as to each of 1/5 shares of 90/4060 shares among the land of this case, K completed the registration of transfer of ownership on September 13, 1994 due to some sale on September 12, 1994. The above F, H, I, and J shares are AF, Plaintiff L, and M, due to the restoration of the true name on June 11, 1993. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 14817, Aug. 24, 1995>
2) As to the above L’s share of 3160/2030 on June 12, 200, N completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 14, 1999 due to consultation and division inheritance on December 19, 198, as to the above N’s share of 3160/2030 on June 9, 2005 due to sale and purchase on June 9, 2005, P completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 12, 200. The above L’s share of 3160/2030 on June 7, 200, P completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 12, 200, 6320/2030 on the share of 630/203030 on the share of the aboveO’s ownership for reasons of transfer transfer on June 28, 2009, P completed the registration of ownership transfer on the Plaintiff’s share of 310/3000 on June 29, 2009.
