손해배상(기)
1. As to the Plaintiff, the Defendant jointly with D, as to KRW 7,332,50,00 and KRW 240,000 among them, the Defendant shall start on September 3, 2009.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the same Act provides that the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015. According to Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553), “The statutory interest rate for cases in which the first instance trial proceedings are pending before the court as at the time this Decree enters into force shall be the interest rate under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and from October 1, 2015, the portion of the statutory interest rate under the amended provisions of this Decree shall be recognized as being in excess of the annual rate from October 1, 2015 to the date of complete payment.”
