The defendant is a member of the Urban Development Association, the victim D is the head of the above association, and the victim E is a director of the above association, and the defendant was dissatisfied with the operation of the association of victims.

1. Defamation and insult against victims D;

A. Defamation 1) The Defendant, from around 10:30 to around 13:40, May 2, 2014, damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts, using a loudspeaker installed on a sealed vehicle for the victim’s name to be heard by the residents in the vicinity, although the victim did not have received the NAS car from the KS Construction, the Defendant used the loudspeaker installed on the enclosed vehicle for the victim’s name so that the residents in the neighborhood can hear, and thereby, damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts. 2) The Defendant, from around 16:00 on May 22, 2014 to 18:40, the Defendant used the NAF’s residence, and the Defendant used the NAF car to publicly purchase the NAS car or the NAM car with the victim’s ability to use the NAM to hear the victim’s name at the same time.

3. On July 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) although the victim did not have received a NAS car from the Construction, the Defendant publicly false information was made by using a loudspeaker installed on a sealed vehicle for the victim’s name mispercing residents to hear; (b) using the loudspeaker installed on the enclosed vehicle for the victim’s name mispercing residents; and (c) in SK, the Defendant sold the NAS car at the SK. Around July 1, 2014, it is the reality of G that it is difficult for the Defendant to become a member of the NAS which is KRW 50 million or more.
