1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be principal lawsuit and counterclaim.
Reasons
1. The reasons why the court of the first instance cited in this case are stated in the instant case are: (a) the witness of the first instance judgment as “a witness of the first instance court”; and (b) except for adding the following judgments, it is identical to that of the first instance judgment; and (c) thus, it shall be cited by the main sentence of Article 420
