[criminal power] On January 11, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and on September 30, 2019, the Defendant was released from the Incheon Detention Center during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period expired on December 11, 2019.

Around December 21, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet CKaf D website in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, stating that he/she had access to the Internet CKaf D website and sold galthal radiophones on the bulletin board. Around December 21, 2019, the Defendant reported and contacted the victim E that “I would sell galthalthal radiophones if he/she wired money.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to transfer the gallon radio dallonphone to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 95,00 from the victim to the F G account (H) on the same day, and acquired KRW 1,701,50 from the victims in the same manner from around that time to March 3, 2020, as shown in the attached Table 1 list of crimes.

On February 23, 2020, the Defendant posted a false statement on the Defendant’s home located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, stating that “The Defendant will sell the right to use the lot, if he transfers money,” by accessing the Internet CKaf D website and selling the right to use the lot, on the bulletin board, at the Defendant’s home located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon.”

However, the defendant was thought that he did not have the intention or ability to transfer the right to use a lot which can be used normally even if he received money from the victim, and that he sent the right to use a lot.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 49,000 won from the victim to the K account in the name of the Defendant.

The Defendant “2020 Highest 4831” refers to “D” at a place where the place is unknown on March 13, 2020.
