However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.

1. Around May 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took away the front number plate of the vehicle B in front of the vehicle B owned by the Defendant from the payment payment department of Kim Sea and the Defendant’s vehicle B in order to continue to operate the said vehicle; and (b) stolen the number plate of another vehicle in order to keep the said vehicle in operation.

At around 18:00 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the front number plate (F) attached to a car owned by the victim E, which was parked near the D elementary school located in Kimhae-si C, by hand.

2. Around 22:00 on May 11, 2013, the Defendant unlawfully used the air studio parking lot, which was the front number plate (F) that was stolen as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) in order to operate the said small-scale car owned by the Defendant, and affixed the said small-scale car on the front of the said small-scale car. The Defendant illegally used the air studio number plate.

3. The Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event was aware of the fact that the front number plate was attached to the said small-use vehicle from May 11, 2013 to August 7, 2014 between Changwon Kim Jong-si, and that it was attached to the said small-use vehicle as prescribed in the foregoing paragraph 2, and exercised the illegally used air defense.
