1. The defendant shall pay 31,030,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from April 16, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, "creditor" is changed to "Plaintiff", and "debtor" is changed to "Defendant"; 2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act, which is decided by service by public notice.
