If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On September 24, 2012, around 18. 18.45., the Defendant: (a) placed the victim C(33 years of age) on the street in front of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City bus terminal; (b) placed the victim’s face once in a drinking room; (c) led approximately 20 meters of the bomb; and (d) led the victim once in a drinking room; and (d) again, when taking one time of a son’s klelight, the Defendant laid the victim’s face on the street before the Geum-gu Seoul Metropolitan City bus terminal.
