1. Around March 29, 2009, the Defendant forged a real estate lease agreement in the name of C, using a pen in the form of a real estate lease contract in E-real estate located in D at Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of Si of M, “F building 103,” “10,000 won” in the column of deposit, “20,000 won” in the column of lease, “from November 20, 2009 to November 19, 201” in the lessee’s address column, “Y ( omitted),” “H” in the resident registration number column, and “C” in its name, and signed thereon.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant forged a real estate lease agreement in the name of C.

On January 23, 2010, the Defendant forged I’s real estate lease agreement in the name of the Defendant, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, entered “F building 203 in Busan Metropolitan City”, “10,000 won”, “10,000 won”, “20,000 won in the column for lease”, “2 January 23, 2010 through 22,01” in the lessee’s address column, and signed on the name following the entry “K”, “K”, and “I” in the resident registration number column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of the I.
