1. The Defendants are the respective shares indicated in the attached Table inheritance share column among the 63 square meters of Jinan-gun, Jeonnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

The Plaintiff indicated a title trust agreement between the deceased K (hereinafter “the deceased”) and the deceased to complete the registration of ownership transfer on the said real estate under the name of the deceased, as the owner of Jan-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
According to the instant title trust agreement, the Deceased completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant real estate. The Plaintiff terminated the said title trust agreement by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case. As such, the Defendants, the deceased’s inheritor, are obliged to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer based on the termination of each title trust with respect to the shares of inheritance among the instant real estate
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
