2. The Supreme Court Decision (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257(1) main text of the Civil Procedure Act) regarding the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768) shall be deemed to have recognized the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum as amended and enforced on May 21, 2019 and from June 1, 2019. As such, the portion in excess shall be dismissed only by the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.
