On June 28, 2014, at around 00:00, the Defendant driven B rocketing 2 car from the road in front of the Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-si market without a driver's license, to approximately 5km from the road in front of the Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun, Yang Pyeong-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Lee In-si.
Summary of Evidence

1. The circumstantial report on the driver and the report on detection of the driver;
