1. The Defendant’s KRW 135,00,000 and its amount shall be 30% per annum from May 26, 2008 to July 15, 2014 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" to be the "Defendant".
