1. The Defendant: 2,00,000 won for Plaintiff A; 5,500,000 won for Plaintiff B; 6,000,000 won for Plaintiff C; and 5,06,000 won for Plaintiff D.

Reasons

1. Details, etc. of ruling;

(a) A project implementation plan authorization, announcement, etc. - Project name: E-Housing redevelopment and rearrangement project - Project implementer: Defendant - Project implementation plan authorization and announcement: G publicly notified on December 11, 2014;

B. The subject matter of expropriation made on January 20, 2017 by the local Land Tribunal of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City: ① Plaintiff A: Hdong in Eunpyeong-gu (hereinafter referred to as “Hdong”) 1 to 347.3 square meters of a sectioned building on the ground of 347.3 square meters, ② Plaintiff B: a sectioned building of 1,076.2 square meters of the building site on the ground of KS 1,076.2 square meters, ③ Plaintiff C: KS 1,076.2 square meters of the building site, ④ Plaintiff D: Nan large 1,076.1 square meters of the building site, and the housing, trees, etc. on the ground (hereinafter referred to as “subject matter of expropriation”): The date of the commencement of expropriation is as stated in the relevant part of the compensation list: < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27920, Mar. 10, 2017>

(c) The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling on an objection made on December 21, 2017 - The ruling on an objection made: The same shall apply to the corresponding portion of the Attached Table on Compensation for Losses.

D. The court appraiser Q Q’s appraisal result (hereinafter “court appraiser”) - With respect to the land (the site in question owned by Plaintiff D) among the subject matter of expropriation in the instant case, the court appraiser calculated the appraisal value on the basis of RW 158.6 square meters [specific-use area: Class 2 general-use area, specific-use area: detached house, road traffic: vertical length (Ga) and shape: JW : Gamp] as a comparative standard site. The time adjustment (applicable to a residential land fluctuation rate in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Area during the period from January 1 to January 20, 2017) was made. After comparing the above comparative standard and the local factors and individual factors of the above site owned by Plaintiff D, the appraisal order on the land in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the point of time of time for the price redevelopment project is related to the C zone redevelopment project is November 1, 2014) was calculated on the basis of other factors.
