However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 16, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Seoul Eastern District Court.

Criminal facts

On August 25, 2020, at around 06:05, the Defendant driven a Cschton car in the state of alcohol with approximately 10km alcohol concentration of about 0.078% from the 10km section from the front road of the members of Ansan-si to the seat of 19km-si, the Dong-dong Highway, which is located in the same Gu.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
