Punishment of the crime
On December 10, 2014, at around 22:45, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.11% of alcohol level 0.11%, and the Defendant was driving a balp-turd vehicle at approximately 10 Km from the vicinity of the Gansan Police Station in Busan Metropolitan City to the front road of the Samdungpo-dong in Daegu Suwon-dong.
