However, each of the above defendants is against the defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

The Defendants conspired to steals an automobile model with Defendant A’s boarding on a friendly club, with Defendant A’s passenger car.

1. On November 2019, the Defendants: (a) removed from the “D” parking lot located in the Man-si Denman C, which was parked in the said parking lot; (b) using the strawner in advance prepared for the market value of F Truck owned by the victim E; and (c) removed the 1.60,000 won.

2. On December 5, 2019, the Defendants: (a) in front of the building of HU in the Sin Population G, which had been parked in the relevant location, cut off by using the stampner, the victim I, who was parked in the relevant location, one set of the vehicle exhauster of which is equivalent to KRW 170,000,000, the market price of J one ton truck was prepared in advance.

3. On December 2019, the Defendants, on the roads adjacent to L, located in K with the wife population in Chicago-si, the Defendants: (a) cut off the 500,000 won of the market price, which was installed in the loading of Ncar vehicles parked in that location; and (b) cut off the vehicle by using the strawner, in advance, prepared at a large 50,000 won of the market price.

4. On December 13, 2019, the Defendants: (a) removed from the access road to the Man-si Man-si Man-si Man-si (hereinafter “Man-si”); (b) the victim P, who was parked in the place, one distribution unit (1.50,000 won) at the market price of Qupo-2 truck owned by the victim P.

As a result, the defendants stolen the property owned by the victims jointly.
