1. The defendant has jurisdiction over the real estate stated in the separate sheet to the plaintiff B and the plaintiff succeeding intervenors.

Reasons

1. The judgment of the court below is reasonable in light of the following facts: (a) Plaintiff A’s 1/2 portion of the withdrawn Plaintiff A’s 1/2 portion was transferred on April 2, 2018 due to the gift; and (b) the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor’s 1/6 share was transferred on April 2, 2018 due to the gift; and (c) the process of the instant lawsuit and the details of the proceeding
