Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a medical practitioner dealing with narcotics, etc. who establishes and operates a medical institution under the trade name of "D" in Daejeon Pungdong-gu C.
No person handling narcotics, etc. shall possess, possess, use, transport, manage, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, give or receive, trade, assist in trade of, or provide narcotics or psychotropic drugs for any purpose other than his/her duties.
Nevertheless, the Defendant treated propool (hereinafter “propool”) which is a local mental medicine for purposes other than business purposes on two occasions as follows.
1. On May 5, 2017, the Defendant, at the “D” ledger located in the large exhibition area E on May 5, 2017, the Defendant, on May 5, 2017, entered false matters in the drug management ledger as if he prescribed F in F with a view to administering a propool directly outside the Defendant’s duties, and administered a ample with a propool containing a propool 20ml in the depository located in the center, and around 23:00 on the same day, he administered a propool 10ml in the large exhibition area G with a hands-on, etc.
2. On May 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on May 6, 2017, at the “D” ledger located in the Large Wartime E around 16:00 on May 6, 2017, the Defendant entered false matters in the drug management ledger as if he prescribed I with a propool 20ml, and possessed approximately 30 minutes a ample with a propool 20ml in the depository located in the center, and a propool with approximately 5ml in a propool on the same day, on the same day, at around 16:30 on the same day, he/she carried a propool for about 30 minutes until he/she was immediately arrested under Article 805 of the Act.
