1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from November 4, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. A claim for payment of KRW 39,00,000 ( KRW 6,00,000 on June 15, 2012, and KRW 25,00,000 on October 22, 2012, and KRW 25,00,00 on January 15, 2013, and KRW 6,000 on January 28, 2013) that the Plaintiff lent to the Defendants four times from June 15, 2012 to January 28, 2013.
2. Grounds for recognition;
(a) Defendant B: Judgment on deemed confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
