1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On March 13, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 5 million, KRW 650,000 per month, and KRW 25,000 per month, and the lease agreement between March 25, 2015 and March 25, 2016 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with regard to real estate listed in the separate sheet, and deliver real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant. The Defendant did not pay any rent under the instant lease agreement at all, and the Plaintiff terminated the instant lease agreement by service on the ground of the Defendant’s failure to pay rent for at least two years (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
