The defendant joined the Internet portal site NAVV (www.naver.com) and use a clinic D.

The Defendant, upon receiving a request from the owner of the building for the lease of the 3rd underground floor of the Gu F building and the 7th floor private teaching institute building (G private teaching institute) on the outside of the instant case E, had the building owner and the victim H Co., Ltd. engage in the act of arranging terms and conditions of the lease.

However, prior to the occurrence of the lease contract, the victim and the building owner entered into a contract by mutual agreement with the victim without excluding the defendant in the building week.

On October 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 13:21, at Ansan-si, the third floor KK Co., Ltd. of the JA building, the Defendant asked “I Institute Director Ghana” printed by the Internet NVber Knowledge Corner, and expressed “I Institute Director Ghana” to slander the victim; and (b) “I Institute of MV unlawful Desertion” under the title “I Institute of Illegal Desertion. The Defendant, as seen above, posted a false letter to the effect that the victim was a Daduk Private Teaching Institutes that franchising illegal acts in order to keep the victim in line with one another, thereby slandering the victim through an information and communications network.
