In light of the records, it is acceptable for the court below to find the charge of this case not guilty on the ground that there is no proof of the crime. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the criminal intent in fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
