However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On August 29, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the Victim C, on August 29, 2015, within the “E” restaurant located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and without any reason, abused the said restaurant customer F, “I am wrong for the Defendant. Ba. The victim, who was driving while taking the bath, assaulted the driver of the vehicle in operation to the face of the victim who was under driving.

On August 30, 2015, at the same place as indicated in paragraph 3 around August 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received a report from 112 that the Defendant used violence against a taxi engineer; and (b) was asked questions from the police officer of the I District Police Station, the police officer of the I District Police Station, who called the Defendant at that place; (c) who was asked questions about his/her personal information; (d) “personal information, flag, flag, flag, flag; and (e) died.

“In doing so, at the right drinking, assaulted by force on the left chest part of J on one occasion, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of official duties concerning criminal investigation.
