The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged is a person who resides in Busan Jin-gu Seoul Metropolitan City apartment C, 106 Dong 503, and the victim D (63 tax, female) resides in the same apartment unit 106 Dong 702.
On August 8, 2018, at around 13:55, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as taking the head debt of the victim, on the ground that the Defendant, at around 106:55, 502 of the above apartment building, was playing in the next generation where the Defendant himself/herself resides, and was slicking with the victim.
2. Grounds for dismissing public prosecution;
(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
B. Submission of a written agreement on December 12, 2018, which was subsequent to the institution of the instant case
C. Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
