A. On January 1, 2012, the Plaintiff agreed to purchase goods from the E agency operated by D inHanam-si, and paid D totaling KRW 20 million to D as security deposit for the purchased goods. < Amended by Act No. 11504, Jan. 10, 2012; Act No. 11504, Jan. 11, 2012; Act No. 11504, Jan. 5, 2012.

B. On March 12, 2012, the Defendant decided to take over the above agency operated by D for the purpose of collecting D loans to D, and drafted a written confirmation of the following contents between D and D:

On March 5, 2012, the Defendant registered a business with mutual L, solar retail, etc., product agency, clothes, sports supplies, and electronic commerce, and closed the business on June 30, 2013.

From March 28, 2012 to July 1, 2012, the Plaintiff traded goods worth KRW 155,860,000 on eight occasions between the Defendant and the Plaintiff.

E. On May 24, 2017, the Plaintiff sent to the Defendant a certificate of content demanding the payment of KRW 20 million as security deposit.
