On February 1, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the General Military Court of the seventh Forces of the Army, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 6, 2011.

1. On March 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained Samsung Card that I lost at “H K K K K K K K K K K K-based, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) concluded that the Defendant was a de facto card that the Defendant lost; and (c) received one copy of the I Samsung Card from the victim as if the Defendant was a de facto card.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim to take the property by deceiving the victim.

On March 12, 2013, around 04:12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) presented to the victim the instant karaoke Card that the victim, who is the owner of the instant singing practice room, was the lawful holder of the credit card; (b) and (c) obtained financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by allowing the victim to use the sales slip by allowing the victim to make payments equivalent to 61,000 won of the Defendant’s use of singing practice room; and (c) from around that time to around 04:38 of the same day, the Defendant received property or acquired financial benefits by using the said credit card, such as the list of crimes in attached Form, at least three times.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, obtained the victim's property or financial benefits, and used the credit card acquired by deception.
