1. A ship which connects 358 square meters prior to Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, to each point of the attached Form No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 2 in sequence.
1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or are found as a result of the on-site verification by Gap evidence 1-1-5, Gap evidence 3, and this Court's on-site verification, and the whole purport of arguments as a result of the survey and appraisal entrusted to the Korea Land Information Corporation, and there is no counter-proof.
On July 17, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for 4/5 shares of 358 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. On April 16, 1997, Nonparty I (hereinafter “the deceased”) completed the registration of ownership transfer for 1/5 portion of the instant land.
C. The Deceased died on July 7, 2008, and the Defendants, a child, inherited the Deceased.
The land of this case is partially used as the access road to Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, the J and K land owned by the Plaintiff, the Gangwon-do, and the access road to Non-Party L, and the remainder is growing trees and plants in the state of fence, and is also being used as part of the road.
E. If the area by the Plaintiff’s share is measured to include the part to be used as the access road to the Gangwon-gun, the Gangwon-gun, and the K land, among the instant land, the area by the Plaintiff’s share is 2,3,4,5,6, 7, 8, 9, and 2 of the attached Form No. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 2.

According to the above facts of determination, it is reasonable to divide the part 1 in the ship, which connects the land of this case to each point of the attached Form 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 2, the part 286 square meters in the part 1, 2, 9, 10, and 1 in the order of each point of the attached Form 1, 2, 9, 10, and 72 square meters in the part 72 square meters in the ship, each of which is connected by the Defendants, into
3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
