2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On June 23, 2015, the Defendant issued a public notice of employment of employees to employ “at least full-time instructors” and “school officials” employees, and among them, the public notice of employment in the field of communications education related to the instant case is as follows.

(b) A person who has at least a bachelor's degree in the field of communications, communications, or navigation, or a license for a marine engineer with at least a bachelor's degree in the field of telecommunications and at least a master's degree in the field of navigation, who is able to teach the practice of ship communications, at least one year's work experience, or a license holder of at least a first-class electronic engineer, who is able to teach the practice of ship communications and at least one year's work experience,

(a) Six points per year for the educational career of a full-time lecturer at a junior college or higher in the field of employment, and four points per year for the educational career of a teacher of the Korean Training Institute;

(b) At least nine hours a week in the course of lecture for part-time instructors at a junior college or higher in the field of employment, at least three points for a year, and at least nine hours a week in the case of 0 points for a junior college or higher;

(c)the work experience of educational institutions, research institutes, medical institutions, crew members, and governmental public institutions or associations directly related to the ship shall be two points per year;

(d) Two points per year for full-time research experience in a master or doctoral degree course at a graduate school (Provided, That two years for a master's degree course and three years for a doctoral degree course shall be recognized only);

(e) In the case of a person who has worked on a ship with a gross tonnage of at least 6,00 tons (the gross tonnage of a fishing vessel 200 tons) or output of a main engine of at least 6,000 kilograms (the period of work on board a training vessel shall be calculated to 70%) (the period of work on board shall be calculated to 70%) (in the case of a master, the period of work on board a training vessel shall be calculated to 8 (2) per year), in the case of a captain, 1st mate, 1st engineer, and radio operator, in the case of a person who has worked on board a ship with a gross tonnage of at least 6,00 tons (the gross tonnage of a fishing vessel 200 tons) or in the case of a person who has worked on a main engine of at

(f) Vessel with a gross tonnage of not less than 1,00 tons but less than 6,00 tons (less than 200 tons of fishing vessels) or with a output of a main engine of not less than 3,00cc but less than 6,000ccW (less than 750ccW of fishing vessels).
