On October 22, 2013, under the brokerage of a broker, a sales contract was prepared between the plaintiff A (seller) and the defendant (Buyer) with the following contents:

B. On January 9, 2014, a sales contract entered into between the Plaintiffs (sellers) and the Defendant (Buyers) through a certified judicial scrivener with the following contents.

The buyer does not pay the balance of KRW 50 million out of the purchase price and receives a preferential payment for the transfer of ownership from the seller, and shall pay the balance under the following terms and conditions of payment:

1. The buyer is to accept the current status of the above site and building as it is;

(2) The interest on a loan (270 million won) of the above site and building shall be paid by the seller.
