The Defendant, using his mobile phone (D) on January 26, 2014, from around 01:48 to around 03:09 of the same day, is a mentally ill person, who is not a mental patient over 24 times during a period of about 1 hour, “Stoker test,” “Isker test,” “Isker test, who is an alternative mental patient,” “Isker test,” “Isker test, Isker test,” and “Si/Gun, not a normal end.”

“Along with a hospital,” “Along with another person’s speech,” “Along with a hospital,” and “Along with the E head of E headquarters,” and “Along with a party,” sent text messages to a mobile phone (F) of the victim, as described in attached Table 1, 2, and 3, sent the victim’s mobile phone text messages, thereby reaching the other party repeatedly by repeatedly sending the victim’s mobile phone text messages causing fear or apprehension through an information and communications network.

2. Determination

A. According to the record, the relationship between the Defendant and the victim, the circumstance in which the Defendant sent the text message, the content of the text message, and the situation after the transmission of the text message is revealed as follows.

(1) A victim has an inhuman relationship with his husband with the defendant.

During the doubt, from January 25, 2014, the text message was sent to the defendant from around January 25, 2014.

At the time, the Defendant sent a text message to confirm the first person when the phone or text was written in writing without knowing the victim at all, and thereafter began to send the text message to the victim by continuing to send the text message to the victim with the content of bullying as a threat to the victim.

Under the above circumstances, the Defendant sent and received text messages with the victim, and each text message listed in attached Table 1 is also part of those messages.
