Reasons

1. In the instant lawsuit, the Plaintiff asserts that, inasmuch as the Plaintiff paid all the money to the Defendants in accordance with the rulings in the Ulsan District Court Decision 2012Gahap4097, May 16, 2013, and the Busan High Court Decision 2013Na4951, Dec. 10, 2014, compulsory execution based on such premise should be denied. The Defendants confession that they received all the money from the Plaintiff at the second date for pleading.
