All appeals against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) are dismissed.
The costs of appeal are assessed against the principal office.
1. The ground for appeal by the plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance is not significantly different from the argument in the court of first instance, and even if the evidence submitted in the court of first instance shows evidence submitted in this court, it is acknowledged that the facts of first instance and the judgment are legitimate.
Therefore, the court's explanation on this case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's main claim and the defendant's counterclaim should be accepted within the scope of each of the above recognitions, and each of the remaining claims should be dismissed for lack of reasonable grounds.
The judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and all appeals filed by the plaintiff against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
