The defendant is an applicant for compensation of KRW 300,000,000, which is obtained by deception to B.

[Criminal Power] On June 11, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud in Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court for a period of one year, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 19, 2018.

around July 24, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim M through the Internet L site “(250,000 won).”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the goods that he thought to use in living expenses, etc. after receiving the payment from the victim.

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 250,00 from the Obank account in the name of N on the same day and acquired KRW 7,85,00 in total from around 13 times to August 18, 2018, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1.

around August 6, 2018, the Defendant concluded that “The Victim Q Q would sell beerer's sports in Vietnam to KRW 500,000,00” through the Internet Psite at the French site around August 6, 2018.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the goods that he thought to use in living expenses, etc. after receiving the payment from the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 500,000 from the corporate bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and acquired KRW 12,70,000 from the victims on a total of 40 occasions from around that time to September 8, 2018, as shown in attached Table 2.

around July 22, 2018, the Defendant “2018 Godan978” told the victim R to sell 1,040,000 won to the victim via the Internet L site at the French site.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the goods that he thought to use in living expenses, etc. after receiving the payment from the victim.
