A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and imprisonment for one year, respectively.

C On December 17, 2014, the Busan District Court sentenced 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on July 17, 2015.

The Defendants, by misrepresenting to an unspecified number of victims in Korea, would make a loan at low interest by misrepresenting himself/herself with a lending company, etc.. In order to meet the loan qualification requirements, the Defendants’ false words, such as ordering first remittance of a certain amount to meet the loan qualification requirements, are the delivery of the domestic cash withdrawal of the crime organization’s domestic financial fraud (tentatively referred to as “ Bospishing”) or the delivery of the credit card in large term account by receiving money from the victims.
