Punishment of the crime
On April 11, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.097% with blood alcohol concentration around 22:11, 2019, and the Defendant was driving a D-type car from approximately 150 meters to approximately 150 meters from the front day of the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B Apartment to the same Gu.
