C On October 12, 2012, the District Court sentenced four months to a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the District Court on January 2, 2013 and completed the enforcement of the said sentence in a governmental prison on January 2, 2013.

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C

A. At around 23:00 on April 9, 2013, the Defendants entered into the underground parking lot in the location of the H apartment construction site of the G apartment with the wife population, and Defendant C cut off approximately KRW 30,000,000 at the market price of the victim I owned by the victim, and Defendant A and Defendant B carried out the Chinese electric wires out, and the Defendants carried the said electric wires into the J Poter and loaded them.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the victim I's property.

B. At around 23:30 on May 1, 2013, the Defendants entered into the underground parking lot at the site of the new construction of the Yongsan-gu K Apartment-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, with no means in the surrounding areas, and Defendant C set up approximately KRW 60,00,000 at the market price of the victim L owned by the victim, and Defendant A and Defendant B laid down the self-owned electric wires at the entrance of the underground parking lot, and the Defendants loaded the said electric wires to the cargo vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly stolen the victim L's L's property.

2. On April 21, 2013, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a motor vehicle of approximately KRW 200 km from the NN located in M on the road in Pjuju-si, on April 9, 2013, via the construction site of H apartment with the wife population H apartment at permissible time, again drive a motor vehicle of approximately 200 km from the road to the above NN road.

3. Defendant D

A. The Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on April 10, 2013, from “N” located in MM on April 10, 201; and (b) from “N” above B, 1-A.

The victim I, who was stolen as stated in the paragraph, sells approximately 3 km of the electric wires equivalent to KRW 30 million at the market price of the victim I and knew that the said electric wires are stolen, they are in P on the same day at 04:30 on the same day with knowledge that they are stolen.
