The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On May 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim’s left face one time at a time on the ground that the Defendant 12-way 101, a Ga children’s park, the victim C (28 years old), and his/her conduct scambling at a children’s park; and (b) he/she committed assault on the victim’s left face one time.
2. The judgment dismissing a public prosecution that is submitted to this court on October 1, 2018 (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act) by stating the victim’s non-guilty intent to punish the victim (Article 260 subparag. 3 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
