1. The defendant shall pay 120,450,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 9, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The judgment deemed as confession (Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) on February 2, 199, the defendant submitted an objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order in this case, and did not submit a written response and did not appear on the date of pleading. Thus, it is deemed that the defendant led to the confession of all the plaintiff's assertion in accordance with Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
