1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 88,029,457 and KRW 21,327,845 among these amounts, from December 30, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons

Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the statutory interest rate from the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case under Article 2 (2) of the Addenda of the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings, Etc. (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015) and Article 3 (1) of the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Legal Proceedings, Etc.
