1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 42,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from July 15, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor”, respectively.
3. Partial dismissal: The interest rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 shall apply as the provisions concerning statutory interest rates are amended under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
