Defendant

C On August 31, 2012, the Incheon District Court was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of false accusation at the Incheon District Court for five months, and on September 8, 2012, the said judgment became final and conclusive.

The Defendants intentionally caused a traffic accident on November 201, 201, E, F, and early police officers, and conspired to claim insurance money from the insurance company and receive it.

From November 9, 201 to November 9, 201, at around 05:57, 205:57, the Defendants and E conspiredd as above, on the road near the crosswalk in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and he was driven by Defendant C, E, F, and I boarding the automobile by Defendant C, E, E, F, and I, and he was boarding and operating the vehicle between the Jlelele K and Sung L on the vehicle operated by Defendant B.
