1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,94,865 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 6, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
On August 2015 and September 2015, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with goods, such as special lectures equivalent to KRW 35,944,865 in total, and received only KRW 10 million on August 11, 2016, there is no dispute between the parties.
Although the defendant asserts that he was supplied with goods on the condition that the payment of the price would be postponed, there is no evidence to acknowledge the above argument.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid amount of KRW 25,944,865 (i.e., KRW 35,944,865-10 million) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 6, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted.
