1. The defendant shall pay 168,700,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 5, 2005 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 29, 2005, the defendant filed a lawsuit against the plaintiff as Busan District Court Decision 2005Gahap1417, and sentenced that "the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 168,700,000 won and at the rate of 20% per annum from June 5, 2005 to the day of complete payment" and the above judgment becomes final and conclusive. Thus, the claim of this case was made for the interruption of extinctive prescription.
