The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On December 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 02:30 on December 25, 2017, on the front day of the restaurant, “C” in the name of “C”, the Defendant laid down the victim D (23 tax) with the Defendant’s drinking, and assaulted the victim’s face by her hand on one occasion.

2. Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act: A judgment dismissing a public prosecution where the victim D expresses his/her intention not to be punished against the defendant after the prosecution of this case under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act
