공사대금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,708,622 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 15, 2012 to the day of complete payment.
1. Basic facts
A. A. Around February 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the 9,100,000 won for the repair work at the Taegu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City business establishment (hereinafter “instant repair work at the Taegu-gu business establishment”) and completed the said construction four times from July 2009.
B. Around September 2009, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for the Rotterdam Corporation (hereinafter “instant Corporation”), which is a professional store in the Daegu-gu New Year’s Month D (hereinafter “instant Corporation”), and completed the instant construction around October 23, 2009.
C. The Plaintiff received a provisional coefficient check from the Defendant as indicated below (hereinafter “the particulars of issuance of the household check of this case”).

D. The Plaintiff’s 1,00,000 won on February 11, 2009, and the same year

5. A total of KRW 2,900,000, including KRW 900,000, was remitted to the Defendant’s account.
E. On October 14, 2009, the Plaintiff paid KRW 5,000,00 to the Defendant.
