[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant, without authority, made a false statement on the forgery of a private document on a new contract for mobile phone service in the name of D and the event of the aforementioned investigation document at the “F store” store around December 29, 2014, around December 24, 2014, that he/she would identify the Defendant of D who visited the above store G with a false statement of the fact that he/she would visit the said store G around December 24, 2014, he/she would have the said G prepare the customer information column for the application for membership using a stamper on the new contract paper, and in the automatic payment account column, “the bank: the Saemaul Treasury/Account number: H,” “D” in the customer name column, “D”, “the date of birth,” and “D” in the name of the customer,” and “D” under the name of the user(s)/(s)/(s) and 1) of the new mobile phone service contract under the name of the original user(s).
