On February 13, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “as a result of galloning S2te PC sales” by accessing the Internet site at a place where it is not a place where it is located, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that “on deposit of KRW 335,00,000 to the victim C who reported and contacted it, will deliver the goods at home.”

However, even if the defendant received the price for the goods from the injured party, he did not have an intention or ability to deliver the goods promised to the injured party.

The Defendant received 335,00 won from the victim to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, as well as from February 7, 2017 to May 18, 2017, and acquired 4,639,000 won in total on 19 occasions, such as the previous list of crimes (1).

On May 8, 2017, the Defendant written a statement to the effect that “The Internet river account of police officials is sold” on May 8, 2017, 2017, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to normally transfer the Internet river account even if the said statement was paid by the victims the Internet river account.

The Defendant reported the aforementioned false contents and received KRW 200,000 from the victim E through the National Bank Account (Number:F) in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 1,510,000 in total from seven persons, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table (2).

Accordingly, the defendant was given 1,510,000 won by deceiving the victims.
