Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the B SP area.
On December 9, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.131% 0.0% around 05:00 and proceeded along three-lanes on the direction of the E market from the blind distance from the Daesungnam-gu, Gwangju.

2. Around 05:00 on December 9, 2019, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.131%, driven a B SP car from approximately 5km section to D’s front road located in the Geum-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the degree of 0.131% alcohol level.
