1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual interest from April 1, 2013 to September 4, 2015, and the next day.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda, the part demanding payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
